Totally Hanoi is a focused, independent travel guide covering Hanoi, Vietnam — nothing else. We think a city this rich in history, food and neighbourhood character deserves more than a chapter in a country-wide guidebook.

What we're building

We're growing this site deliberately: starting with a solid core of guides covering the essentials, then adding new pages every week — deeper neighbourhood coverage, more food guides, expanded day trips, and eventually the whole site translated into multiple languages.

How we approach content

We aim to be specific and honest, including telling you when something isn't worth your time, not just listing everything positively. Practical details like prices, hours and visa rules change — where accuracy really matters, we point you to verify against current official sources rather than guessing.
